For shipments to Alaska , Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and Mexico:a flat rate of $15 shipping and handling per box. At this time we do not offer international shipping, we recommend any international customers find our books at www.Amazon.com or another one of our retailers to assist you. In stock items will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days with standard shipping.
